The Hudson Valley Chapter of Labor and Employment Relations Association (LERA) is an international organization whose overall purpose is to foster and promote communication among labor and employment relations professionals.  Anyone interested in the field may belong. Click here for membership information.

The Hudson Valley LERA Chapter was founded in 1986.  It is headquartered at Marist College School of Management.  LERA enables professionals in the field to become better acquainted, keep abreast of professional practices, learn about new developments, and exchange ideas.

Membership is open to anyone interested in the field of employment/labor relations.  Hudson Valley membership includes professionals in the areas of: research and education, compensation and benefits, human resources, labor and employment, public policy, mediation and arbitration, law, consulting, administration and other related fields.

Participation is encouraged from within the geographic area encompassing the Hudson Valley Metro New York to Albany; including counties of: Westchester, Ulster, Sullivan, Rockland, Orange, Greene, Dutchess, and Columbia.
